Comments: It's from the BOM! It has a nice taste to it. It's a bit more carbonated than I would prefer, but it's pretty decent. I'd say it's similar to the other offering from Pennsylvania Brewing Company - good, and a nice change of pace, but I'm not positive I would seek it out. If you happen to see one and the price is right, I'd say go for it.

Comments: Another BOM club selection. If you're a fan of lagers, and dark lagers, in particular, I think you'll like this beer. It's pretty well done, but I'm not really loving this style of beer right now. I thought I'd give it a try since I hadn't yet written about either of the offerings from Pennsylvania Brewing Company. I recommend it if you like lagers. If you're more into hops, I'd say it's not worth seeking out.

Comments: This is another BOM selection from my awesome wife. I am really surprised at how much I like this beer. It's a little watery, but it's extremely smooth and not overly sweet. It's dark - darker than Newcastle. I can't believe how easy this is to drink. It's not at all what I expected, but I'm very happy with it. If you can get your hands on it give it a whirl, you won't regret it. I don't know why I'm surprised, but this beer, from Lake Placid, along with their IPA have made a pretty darn good impression on me. I think I might be up in that region for a business trip this year. If so, I'll be visiting the brewery.

Comments: My wonderful wife was kind enough to get me a beer of the month subscription. This is one of the beers that arrived, magically at my doorstep. This is a pretty hoppy beer. Had it not been sent to me, I probably wouldn't have tried it. I'm glad I did. This was a darn enjoyable beer. I can't say I'm crazy about the finish on it, but I really enjoy the aroma and the initial flavor.
